Q: When will my item ship?

A: All ready to ship orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: I haven't yet, but I will! Canada and International orders will ship via
USPS First Class International Rates and are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates vary by country. Knitting In The Wild is not responsible for any import duties or VAT that are incurred.
 

Q: How do I was a handknit beanie?

A: We recommend that all hand-knit items are hand washed and dried flat. Use a wool wash for any beanie that has wool in it.

Pom Pom should be removed before any washing. 

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

Unfortunately we do not accept full refunds at this time. Due to the nature of handmade, small business we can only accept items for exchange. Exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging with tags within 10 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping and the item must be deemed in it's original condition before an exchange can be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days

for the item to be received and processed. To initiate an exchange, please send an

email to sarah@knittinginthewild.com with the Subject: Exchange and I will

respond as quickly as possible.
